Refund policy

Returns
Because the OCTO® Respirator is a personal care item, we only accept returns of unused items in their original, unopened packaging, within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase.  
If your Octo Respirator is discovered to be defective or damaged upon opening the original packaging, please contact us directly with pictures of the defective or damaged items for our evaluation.


Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and wether you are eligible for a refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment.


Late or Missing Refund 
Sometimes it takes banks and credit card companies several business days to process refunds. If you still have not received a refund after 30 days of processing, we will initiate an investigation.
Please contact us directly after 30 days if you have not received a refund.  


Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.


Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Please contact us directly with pictures of the defective or damaged items.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and your item is eligible for a return and/or refund, you will receive a replacement or a credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift-giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a replacement and/or refund to the gift-giver.


Shipping
If your return is approved, you will receive instructions via email on the return procedure.
